Fee Details and Disclosures

1. Application: Applicant has the right to provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides a PTSR, The Wright is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee to access or use the PTSR.
2. Holding Deposit: Holding Fee varies by apartment type: $200 for 1 Bedrooms; $300 for 2 and 3 Bedrooms.
3. Pet Deposit: There is a limit of two pets total per unit. Breed and other restrictions may apply. Contact the Leasing Office for details.
4. Garage Rental: Spaces are limited and subject to availability. Price varies based on garage type.
5. Garage EV Parking: EV charging spaces are limited, assigned, and subject to availability. Charging costs are included in the monthly EV parking fee.
6. Insurance: Renter’s insurance policy with liability coverage of $100,000 is required prior to move-in.
